3. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription Model: The Application offers weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions, along with a three-day free trial.
  • Payment Process: All payments are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Users can start using the Application immediately after downloading it using their Apple ID from the App Store.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscription services will automatically renew upon expiration, with fees charged automatically to the user's payment method by Apple. Apple retains a 30% commission on these transactions.
  • Refund Policy: Refund requests must adhere to Apple's official refund policy. Users must apply for refunds through Apple's official channels, as developers cannot directly issue refunds to users.
  • Cancellation: To cancel a subscription, users must do so through the iTunes Store. Payments are first collected by Apple, which then disburses the appropriate amounts to the developer on a monthly basis.

  • The Application is focused on keyword research, and all related data and reports rely on third-party data sources; therefore, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of the keyword data.
